Your details
Before you order we ask for nothing. Your basket sits on our server for three days so you can come back to it, and is then deleted — including anything you type into a note, so there is no need to put personal details there. If you check whether we deliver to you, your postcode is used to answer and never kept.
When you place an order we ask for your name and a telephone number, so we can find your order and ring you if something is wrong. That is all: no address, no account and no card details — we don't take payment online. Those details are kept with your order for twelve months and then removed.
